Hotline Miami 1 only because I can take it with me on the go, the PS Vita version is 
It never gets old. I just got HM2 two days ago and got 6 hours out of it with 1 mission to go, the difficulty spikes are crazy at times but honestly I got so good at the first one that this one was a smooth ride for the most part. The soundtrack though...

On Steam though the game I got the most hours on w/ 68 hours is...
I'm being 100% serious too. I honestly lost the ability to play games w/ massive story arcs all the way to the end, these days I prefer games w/ a satisfying payoff after 10 minutes of time invested which is why the handheld console format works so well.

I would guess that at least one year of my life was wasted on Football Manager series, ever since Championship Manager 2 I played on my 386 powered PC, all the way to Football Manager Touch 2019 I play now on my iPad.

On record, i got atleast two confirmed 1500+ hour save files on Elder scrolls Morrowind GOTY edition for my Honorable Redguard and thief khajit setups.
But I prolly got over 10K lifetime hours for Tetris DS from battling the Japanese in multiplayer and general playing.

My all time list has to include Skyrim, Blackops 1/2, NCAA Football 08 on ps2. There's tons of others, but those ones listed I for sure played for hundreds of hours.
More recently I'll say I put a lot of time into Witcher 3 and Horizon. Right now I'm working on RDR2, God of War and Persona 5. Itll be awhile until I am free of them so I can start something else.

Recent years, it's been Persona 5 with over 250. As a kid, it probably is Tecmo Super Bowl. Breath of the Wild, Oblivion, Persona 3 Fes, Persona 4 Golden are some that put shyt loads of time into. I think though it's going to be Smash Brothers Ultimate that gets the most time.
