That's what you get when you stop having him bury all competition and instead put him in longer feuds with talented wrestlers that push him to the max. Even if he's still sloppy as fukk and calls spots too loud, Cena tends to deliver when there's more at stake.

The Owens matches revolved around a lot of kick outs that was hated on for Rock/Cena 2..as always, everyone nitpicks when they want to act appreciative of something. Much like they did during Punk's run.

Cesaro vs Rusev vs Owens was one too
Becky Lynch vs Sasha Banks is probably the best one though bell to bell

I thought the first Owens match had way too many kick-outs too, but other than that it was a great match. And Cena is definitely benefiting from having better opponents but that's partly my point because only when Cena fears getting out shined does he step up to deliver. And that's the biggest truly meaningful compliment Cena will ever give to anyone on the roster, lol.

The cage match was Mundo Vs. Cuerno. Mundo Vs. Patron was the #1 contenders match that set up Mundo's heel turn. The latter which is probably the best 'pure wrestling' match LU has done.
