The only time I would have really got a tattoo in my early 20s I was deep in the fraud game , I didnt want any distinguishing marks, I had multiple aliases ....
as i got older it just looked corny to me ....

yeah those lines are not clean at all and the shading is already washed out. it looks like he's in the chair when that pic was taken too. if that's the way it looks new
