It's a speech he gave in 2004, I was a senior in high school at the time, 20 years ago. Has the state of the Black communities improved, are we better off now than we were 20 years ago, how is our performance in schools, are our children serious about getting an education. What are our average SAT scores, what are the English and Math scores of Black children in elementary and high school standardized tests. Are Black people still held hostage in their communities by criminals that have an expectation of us protecting them by not cooperating with law enforcement.
We can call his message "c00ning" or whatever else, but couch his 20 year message in a context; Are any of the concerns he's speaking to still plaguing us today, if so, why is that.
