I think the whole purpose of an M5 is as an everyday car

:manny:

Yeah, I would like for it to be an nice everyday car but the gas mileage and range messes that up. But it was for people with good money. You got the guap to get an M5, then you got the guap to take care of it. :yeshrug:

Theyre really cheap and clunky..

Ctsv is smaller as well

I second this. I know 3 people that drive CTSs and they really didn't stand the test of time. They run just fine, but the interior started to go within the first 2 or 3 years. I normally would've just attributed this to poor maintenance but all three of the vehicles have panels that are coming apart in the same areas.

I have been in a second generation V and the interior is great. I just wonder if it will stay that way as age settles in.

Yep, that's pretty good right there. That would be an interesting comparison. I like the 2nd Gen CTS-V. If I was to get one though, I would get the wagon. Just more practical and I can haul shyt!!!!:troll:

Go for a C63 AMG or E92 M3. Smaller, less powerful, but you'll enjoy it more.
