Not just about the chips even though I suspect that will be the main topic but everything else. I recently tried an experiment in which I spent a day with 100% focus and concentration by removing all distractions and the feeling at the end was magnificent. Not to mention the other perks like that boost of motivation because once you've got it rolling the movement keeps moving. Ay!

I'll set it off with a tip:

Without time marked out and dedicated toward a goal or intent you can't be wasting it because you never planned it.

World changing to me as I was always "wing and we'll see" with that freestyle confidence but someone challenged me to do the opposite of my usual modus operandi and I was very impressed. Another one:

If you're always procrastinating or putting something off create the space you need to do thing immediately upon rising. Before any other action takes place in the new day simply spend five minutes doing it. Once you've done this for a few days in a row you'll be amazed by the changes that take place in your consciousness as that old overcoming inertia problem is now dead and its place sits motivation instead.

Finally create an accountability thread like I did and use the brehs as a force of motivation to keep you on your purpose because you said it, now do it. Put your account up. Set a lifeline and stick to it because it can really help you compete against the current version of yourself and the one you intend to build via dedicated action:

Add on.

Fasting more. Focusing more on heart health

Dope, such a great investment because two things in life that don't guarantee happiness but the absence of which ensures misery and thats health and wealth. The latter can't buy the former so its a great investment.

I've said repeatedly that those with any form of melanin should be practicing Ketogenic Fasting because its pretty much essential to prevent degradation due to the immense amount of sugar and refined white products we eat as a collective that can wreak havoc on the temple:

Ethnicity and type 2 diabetes | Preventing diabetes | Diabetes UK

That is at the root of so many health problems and easily fixed if you're willing to switch your livit.

Look into Nattokinase and Serrapeptase for heart health as they have immense benefits for cleaning your bloodstream and ensuring wellness. The latter must be taken on an empty stomach to be effective and source the best with the right kind of caps that melt in the gut for best returns.

Go out and do more without qualifications. Like I would rationalize not doing interesting things because of X priority or Y excuse. Now I just do things and worry about the consequences later.

Walk at least an hour a day as a sort of debrief.

Working on good eating habits.

Committing to 48 hour fasts.

Started cutting my own hair and I'm trying to embrace positivity.

No soda
No pork
No candy

Back in the gym, ran a mile in 10:24. Want to get it down to 10 and eventually 9
Recently cut off someone who I believed was a friend but on our last outing got lit and said some greasy shyt
If you call yourself a friend, you wouldn't disrespect or demean your friend in public.
A true friend would pull you to the side and privately let you know what the deal is
I took heed to how this so-called friend really felt about me so I acted accordingly and peaced out

You know how people (majority of the time broads) get drunk and then say/do some wild shyt and "blame it on the alcohol" ?
It's actually the total opposite. Alcohol lowers inhibitions and the truth comes out because our filter is removed.

Life
No drinking for the past year. Eating better, working on focused breathing for dealing with stress and anxiety. Also, trying not too worry about extraneous bs (varies per person what that can be).

The hardest thing is getting rid of past experiences that always seem to show up in my head. I've noticed this is having an effect on me

Lowered my intake of alcohol. I notice I was becoming more aggressive more ruthless not the usually "chill" me that I am.

Cut out negative mindsets and people that were holding me back. Your thoughts can literally make you or break you depending what you feed into.

Focusing on attaining these certs on Udemy. Decided that retail isn't for me. A sustainable career will help me long term. Plus I want to travel and not waste my life staying in one location.

Talking to more women. I have phases where I just be dolo in my own circumference not trying to be bothered; but I also have phases where I do meet women we end up having fun.
