dropped sugar, carbs and weed.
(blood pressure came down 10 points in less than a week just from dropping sugar & carbs)

Dang it feels good to see people up on it. Let me drop another one:

Set aside 15-30 minutes a day just for you. Even if that means you've got to drive somewhere and park up. No phone, no music or any other distractions.

Consider it a form of active rest and once your mindbody knows its got permission to unwind and do nothing with no stimulus it will reward you in ways that will surprise you because nobody does this these days and it really is vital.

The benefits are incremental and regularity is the key, preferably at the same time to help forge the connection of the new routine through your awareness.
