What's popping at 1oak? A few people's I know we're talking about Dream Downtown but they are charging near extortion prices to get in. I just can't justify it. There's another party that's wayyyyyyyyyy more affordable but I don't wanna put it on blast like that.

How much are they charging? The other party I know about is charging like $35 if you get in on the tickets now. It's a good deal, but I'm not 100 percent if I wanna hit a party or play it cool. I'd rather go to a house party.
