I've been hating on Valentines Day for years now to my lady. She doesn't think I'm going to do anything this year 
. I'm going to tell her, let's go to my moms house, but we'll really just be going to drop off the kids. Pick up some food from her favorite restaurant,this chinese food place called Pick-Up Stix, then be like "Let's get it to go." She'll think we're just going to go back home but really I'm going to take her here.
Have dinner there. Back to the house, pick up some wine on the way home, watch a movie, smash.
I'd take her some place nicer but she'd be pissed if we went somewhere and I didn't let her get ready for it.
Any ideas on how to make it better?

I have the choice of pumping my regular 8/10 that I can't seem to let go or getting some new from a 3.5/10 but I don't want either to read too much into seeing me on the day of some cac named Valentine

In my limited experience half of the fun for chicks going out is the chance for them to dress up
don't deprive her of that
make her dress up but play down where you going then hit her with that romantic view

That's a good point. I was thinking about taking her to a comedy club cause she's never been. I was going for the surprise factor but maybe making it an event would be better. To be honest she's just going to be happy to get out of the house cause we don't really go out. Thanks.

Doesnt hurt to pop up @ your woman's office at work to see if she gettin' flowers from other nikkaz.
My homie was at the store and saw one of his wife's co-workers. She told him "the flowers you sent your wife were beautiful!!!"

Maybe they can go to a museum. It's cheap and she can still dress up.
