I'm expecting $1500. $1000 I'm sticking in my high interest savings account that's intended for a down payment. Want to reach 20k this year and I'm at a little over 9k so that'll be a big help. $200 is going to my roth ira. Maybe pick up a decent low priced stock or just let it sit and wait until I get more in there from my recurring deposits to invest in something with a higher price. $200 is going to my other savings account that I have christened as my vacation account. Use it to help towards my goals. My boy wants to hit up mania in nyc next year and I want to see if I take my mom there for Christmas since we didn't go last year and she grew up there so she's always loved it. Turning sixty this year so I think that'll be a great birthday/Christmas present. The last $100 I'll use either at the casino, hopefully I win something, or some other foolishness. I have no car payment or major debt so who knows what I'll do with it. Maybe I'll do something positive with it.

I have tenants moving out of a property in April after 7 years.
Deciding if I want to spend it all on upgrades to sell
or
Half as much to paint and touch up to move new tenants in.

Being a land lord is tedious, I kinda want to cash out. But the tax benefits were the main reason I was doing it, but w the new Bill I don't think I need as many write offs.

How many properties you own? I would like to stack up enough to get an apartment building.

Still deciding, making ira deposit before the 15th, or use it towards down payment for a car:patrice:

I got a 7k student loan in January, paid most of it off in January (I guess I didn't really need it) and used my tax return I got in February to pay the rest off. I used $500 of the refund to fund a trip I am going on in May, another $480 to fund any shopping I need to do for the summer and $150 to go towards my car fund (money I set aside for when I have to get my car checked up, tires, breaks, oil, etc.)
