I'm not sure. First year filing after having purchased a house as well as being a realtor for a little bit so I'm interested in how that's going to impact the amount. I'll just be happy when I get all the damn paperwork, then I can move from there.

It's cheaper to take in December than in June. Plus I want to pace myself and actually learn the material and not just rush to get it over with. Have you taken the exam beforehand?
Yea, I'm taking level 2 in June. You've got a lot of time. Don't neglect the accounting and ethics portions of the exam, though.

I'm dreading the accounting portion :shaq2:. I hate dealing with numbers. How many times did it take you to pass level 1?
I took it twice, but the first time I took it, I studied maybe 40 hours tops as work was crazy and I was going out a lot. I missed cutoff to pass barely because I did very poorly on the accounting and ethics portions, as I have very little background in either:lolbron:

1 isn't that bad, though. The 300 hours they recommend as total study time is overkill, IMO.
