What Are Your Go-To Meals That You Eat the Most??

what foods do you find yourself eating most frequently? maybe becuz it doesnt take long to fix or cheap or for whatever reason. i usually end up eating the following multiple times per week:

Ramen noodles with ground beef

Tostinos 3-meat Pizza

Sausage and Great Value fries

Baked chicken wings and Great Value fries

Hungry Man Classic fried chicken meal
id eat all that shyt but not on the daily are you poverty?

pasta, chicken, and a side salad...or no chicken, and a side salad

Tacos (not my personal go to) :snoop:...at least 3 times a month

5 days a week:

A) Fruit and vegetable plates that I fix myself. Most of the stuff is organic and I eat it raw. I change up one green veggie and one fruit a week but others stay the same. I include Broccoli, Asparagus, Kale, Carrots, Cherry Tomatoes, Blueberries, Blackberries, Raspberries, Pineapple

B) Peanut butter sandwich with organic natural peanut butter. This goes a long with the above veggie plate for lunch. I typically eat healthy bread like sprouted 9-grain or 9-grain + honey. When I want to indulge I buy good bread like olive bread, rosemary bread, muesli bread, etc.

C) Organic cottage cheese

D) Grilled chicken breasts

E) Sometimes rice. Organic healthy rice

Best rice of 2013.. Been experimenting with rice lately.

I usually try to cook different things though. Fast food Burger and Fries and Pizza I am so weak for Pizza. I am on a mission to try all the best burger and pizza places in my city.

Pan seared chicken breast, roasted veggies ( I roast just about all my veggies) and if I'm in the mood maybe some rice cooked in chicken broth.

If not in a big cooking mood I'll make a salad and top with whatever leftover protein I have in the fridge.

Buffalo meat
Sushi (usually includes yellow tail, shrimp or crab)
Mashed potatoes
Veggies of some sort, usually asparagus, corn or mixed veggies
Salad
Rice
Occasionally I'll eat beef, especially if we have fajitas

I usually eat these things multiple times a week.
