how the fukk are you broke?
It seems to me you don't want to move...with a degree like that you must be willing to move.

:whoa: I meant I was in grad school doing my masters.
That's how they refer to it here in the UK.
I'm not sure I want to work in engineering when I graduate though :patrice:

you hate math or people?

It's not fun but the money tends to be good at least in the US

:ohhh: This actually looks piff but how much does the average dude make.

]Those interested in a career as an energy auditor, can also seek certification from the Building Performance Institute. The certification process consists of live classroom instruction and field training; however, some classes are available online. According to the American Home Inspectors Institute, there are nearly one million energy auditors in the U.S., with the average certified energy auditor making $58,257.

I have 8 Certifications from BPI. I bring home about $2.5k/wk. since I work for an HVAC Contractor. I can get more if I move West due to the cost of living. I'll get even more when I complete my degree in order to run my own program as a Coordinator or Manager.

doing an internship right now in Quality Assurance

not that hard, stays pretty busy though

a full time position would start around 45 k and go up to low six figures as you move up (could do it in 5-10 years)
