What are your opinions on Horoscopes/Zodiac signs

It's REALLY easy to run up in here and say some BS like its fake when you have no clue what your talking about lol.

I believe it and love Astrology.

I run a Natal chart on everyone I meet or interested in getting to know too.

I am a Libra (8th house) who loves Capricorn and Scorpio men — but I have to be cautious with them cause those signs at the only two that have ever got me in my feelings.

So, I don’t decline but I take a long time to vet them out.

My longest relationship was with a Taurus. I still like and respect them —even though they are too controlling.

Was it the signs that got you in your feelings or the men? Are you giving men extra leeway because they are from a sign you are supposed to like? If a man is from a sign you arent supposed to be compatible with is it already a strike against them?

I’ve never believed in Astrology too strongly but been doing strong research into it for the past two years I’ve come to accept it as universal and scientific fact I could actually show things that could 100% prove its legitimacy but that requires a little deeper understanding of Astrology’s roots and when I found out just how much influence it has over life it’s actually pretty depressing, depending on how your karma is set up it’s better off not knowing tbh. Most people understand have a extremely skewed understanding of astrology it’s a mystic science and not for everyone to know never even discussed what I found in my research with anybody it only should only be practiced by people of a high spiritual level, at the end of the day astrology is a map of your soul but god has final say in everything so look towards god.

Again, not to dis you but is this not a contradiction? I respect your responses though. Wouldnt your bf/spouse fit under the 'things in my life"?

If you dated a non-compatible sign and things got rocky on their end for a reason that vaguely fits their sign, would you ask that the person "get your shyt together so our relationship can advance" or would you think "well, he cant help himself, the signs told me we werent compatible in the beginning"

I keep bolding influence for a reason. Being in an environment where the people and culture around you are into weed can influence you but its ultimately your choice if you want to smoke weed or not.

Comparing birth charts for the sake of compatibility is called synastry. It can tell about compatibility aka the likeliness of two things coming together without conflict. But even people with 100% compatibility may not work out because someone may be bored by having no conflict whatsoever or someone who always agrees with them.

I feel like you and many others are getting confused by what people who have a passing knowledge (most people) tell you about astrology than what it actually is.

Judging people by just their sun sign is like walking into a chemistry lab and thinking just because something is clear (birth month) and liquid (birth day), that its water and its ok to drink. Its an oversimplification.

Seems to be pretty accurate from my experience. I'm not a religious or overly spiritual person, but energy and vibrations are very real things that can affect attitudes and personality traits imo.

I believe in astronomy, and some forms of astrology. I do believe that all humans are connected somehow though energy. I believe the connection of energies exist through emotion though. Whether that is controlled by space or the alignment of the stars Im not so sure of. Thats really why I created this thread. But I believe people who search for connections to a person in front of them by looking billions of miles away are a bit off base. Lots of space time separates the entities.

My experiences. I’m very scorpionic due to my 8th house stellium - so I attract lots of Scorpio energy. And Capricorn due to my moon and Neptune in 10th house.
