No. Boots is talented but I think the bold is overkill. The main criticism for Boots is his resume. The IBF stripped Bud of his belt a few months after his win over Spence and gave it to boots. So people was calling him a email champ for a while. Also people say he get hit too much in some of his fights.

With all that said I think he was the best welterweight when he was in the division. Boots style is very flashy and fan appealing. Junior Middleweight should be more of a challenge for him.
