Harwaday gets my vote, everyone assumed since he was a great personality that the transition to TV was going to be seamless and he got hired right after retirement and bombed. His future in TV was already deaded even before the I hate Gays comment.
I remember the brotha that used to sit opposite him who now does Entertainment Tonight used to have this forced smile having to suffer hearing Tim speak.

Any niqqa that can come on TV and talk about a player saying "yeah......he guhd!!" As player analysis should be banned.

Wasn't Hardaway also part of the rollout for the NBA on ESPN/ABC after they acquired the TV rights? They had dude out that there as one of their main guys for the NBA, basically the equivalent of what Jalen Rose is today, and dude had no business being on TV.
