my first thought was tyson... dude was the youngest champ EVER... the first real STAR we had since Ali... and he was the first to take on pay per view money... meaning he was literally the richest fighter and athlete (or should have been).... from there he got beat straight up... not on no bullshyt... he was undefeated, knocking nikkas out in 15 seconds, and got KNOCKED THE fukk OUT... stumbling and bumbling, making excuses

from there you come home... try to get back in boxing... and get your ass handed to you by holyfield twice, then lewis, then some bums... then you're just a mockery


he was literally went from best ever, maybe 2nd best ever, to being a shytty boxer, in one knockout and prison sentence...


and to top it all off.... don king stole all his money, wife took the rest and never even loved the nikka, and now he's just someone people laugh at when he acts stupid










lance sports wise is the same... went from top 1 to not mentioned at all... but he cheated so that's different.. he didn't fall off... he used a jetpack to the top and ran out of gas... he was never that good in the first place


and personally he's still insanely rich... can still walk the streets and look like any other white guy... and he just faded away, counting money, living it up with his family

If you rose to the top of your game and fell to the bottom, that would be the biggest downfall. So Lance Armstrong achieved the highest goal in a his sport, the Tour de France in cycling, and he did it multiple times. Then, he got caught for doping and he lied in the past about it. He got stripped of his previous wins.

There have been others who have achieved high awards/medals, have been stripped of medals, suspended indefinitely from a sport, or have totally lost their edge.
Mike Tyson and Tiger Woods still own their past awards. Aaron Hernandez and Johnny Manziel never reached elite status in the league.
