Why would you name drop Norris Cole, a SECOND year player who plays good defense, has a nice jumper, and can penetrate enough to cause havoc on defenses? If he was at his current level 6 years into his career you could call him B-level, but dude hasn't even come close to showing his true potential yet

Whenever Brandon Jennings gets paid he will be near the top of this list. This guy is so overrated buy yet my boy thinks he is one of the top tier point guards in the league because he's seen him ball a few times a year. I try to tell him that there is 82 games in a season and what he does in one or two that you happened to see on NBATV is not telling him the whole story.
