I've never heard of any off shore book paying out onto a debit card. Always western union or moneygram.. And they make you send in your license.

im glad i dont have to deal with offshore anymore. most of the good sites dont allow americans access (legally anyways) and the ones that do such as bovada/5 dimes are very quick to limit your account if you show you have any idea what you are doing. ive got my 4 mobile apps in nevada, and theres a few more places that will offer mobile apps very soon. just not worth the hassle to try and get down offshore anymore
you cant bet any of the nevada mobile stuff outside of the state unfortunately. it locates you when you try to bet. just for recrational action id probably recommend 5dimes. bovada has great lines, but they will quickly move you to the "sharper" lines negating all of the value they offer. 5dimes has the widest variety of props/in game stuff, with the best prices imo
