I think that anyone who is still alive and was born before 1995 is considered old. In my opinion, anyone in their 30s or older is “old”, however, there are differences between people in their 30s, 40s, 50s, etc that should be looked at in context. If you're still in your 20s (20-29 years old), then you are still considered a young person.

Everybody born in '95 will be turning 30 next year.

I look at in the context of when you die, what will they say.

Under 40, you died young. shyt under 50 you died young. I think anything over 50 is old. Between 40 and 50 is not young, but not old either. Your 40s tends to be everyone's busiest decade. Anything under 40 is young.
