It gives you tips and ways to become a stronger more confident person. It takes time to create change especially deeply rooted beliefs but this book is works for me.

The 50th law be your personal bible. I tried a few of them and the effect was amazing. Unfortunately I tend to revert back to type, but it takes practice.
