What books on hip hop have you read ? ?

Yeah I had that eagle trips people can racism as well as The Big Payback. The book of racism was corny but the big payback is one of my favorite books on hip hop.

The Big Payback is one of my favourite books , i thought it wouldn't get good or get me gripped till the start of the early 90's. but i was hooked from the first page, one of the best books i've read on Hip hop
And if you have still avoided that Zach o'malley book on Jay z i would recommend that, im not even a Jay Z fan but thought it was very interesting. the guy is a business genius.

Well that is the only book i have read of his, and i thought it was alright, i was thinking about getting his book on the Supreme team but it didnt have the best reviews in Amazon.co.uk although the reviews were better on Amazon.com. I decided to get Ethan Brown version of it as it had a much better reviews

I read ethan brown book years ago. Its informative but dude suspect too. He comes off as an interloper.

It's like in check technique - instead of being online you can read how rappers made classics in their own words. Like Big Daddy Kane, Mobb Deep, Infamous.

I have to check decoded again. I felt like that and Eminem's red cover book were like picture coffee table books.

I want to buy Tupac's Vibe magazine interviews.

Funny how they say Vibe instigated the coastal beef but they actually had legit journalists and books in the long run.

As ppl are saying Vibe history of rap is dope.

Wonder if there's a great book on Big L out there?

I’ve read loads, I recently read fat joe‘s autobiography and was entertained, i wonder how heavy in the streets Joe really was? I know people kind of vouch for him, but was he as big as he says?

i‘d recommend a book called Westsiders, if you haven’t read it, it’s about people on the west coast trying to make it in the industry, Mr, Short Khopp (ice cube affiliate) is one of the subjects Featured quite heavily.
