I liked and read Born to Use Mics
Queens Reigns Supreme (insdie info on 50 cent's mother and Supreme drug organization and relation to Irv Gotti and Beef plus insight on Jamaster J death, and Jimmy Henchmen and Pac.)
Literraly should be thread and documentary on this book)

:ohhh:Oh yeah Queen's reign supreme I read that years ago. It wasn't bad with the white dude who wrote the book was a little suspect in my opinion. I don't think he was objective as he should have been with talking about the Five Percenters.

i can't post all the books I have but if you're into hip hop history and how classic albums were made you should peep:

Rakim Told me
Check the Technique
check the technique vol 2

J Zone has a great autobiography that's hilarious. The Def Jam biography is very informative. Touches on a fight between Rakim and LL almost happening and Jam Master Jay about to get into with Slick Rick. The Public Enemy bios are great. Flavor Flav's autobiography is dope and a few books Chuck has written. Books about the south and west's role in hip hop are dope too. That Greg Kading book is a bunch of bs. I have shyt and you can file it under fiction along with Prodigy's autobiography. 2 interesting autobiographies were written by Biggie and Eminem mothers. Voletta Wallace still has a resentment toward's Puffy and Suge getting her son and Afeni's son into beef because they couldn't handle their business outside of them.

Imo You should read a book or college level English text book that includes critical thinking before you read all these Rap books.
