Back when I was single

got a 55 samsung in the bedroom. got from a black friday deal .
anything around 48 to 55 is a good size for my room. 13x13
but really it just depends on the size walls, windows and how much empty wall space you have.
You want the tv to compliment the room and not be the main focus.
Save the fancy big tv for the living room
usually watch forensic file or some other type show to fall asleep to.
