Tbh I'm not the best chef,I can only make simple things like noodles, eggs, pb&j, hot dogs I extremely love food tho (always watching the cooking channel) so i may take cooking classes in the future to better my skill and pull bytches.

I can cook anything breh. I might have to follow a recipe though. I know how to cook baked chicken, fried cchicken, curry shrimp, curry chicken, fried shrimp, rice, mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, eggs, pastas of all kinds, fish, and many more. Think cooking is more about experience and good tasste then anything else.

I can bake pretty much anything because those always come with a recipe and measurements which are easy to commit to memory.
I can cook a few kinds of pasta which is the easiest shyt, rice and beans, season and cook meat, etc but it doesn't tastes like my mother's so it kind of feels like a fail. It's just a little different because she (and every other Dominican woman I've ever known) doesn't use measuring tools. They just know. I try my best to convert the amount of things she uses into actual units but it don't work. At this point I'm just like fukk it. Practice makes perfect and I'll get it eventually.
