I can cook anything breh. I might have to follow a recipe though. I know how to cook baked chicken, fried cchicken, curry shrimp, curry chicken, fried shrimp, rice, mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, eggs, pastas of all kinds, fish, and many more. Think cooking is more about experience and good tasste then anything else.

+ honesty. You need to try new dishes on someone who you know will tell you it taste like shyt so you won't go around thinking you're Gordon Ramsay when in actuality you're http://instagram.com/cookingforbae status

I can bake pretty much anything because those always come with a recipe and measurements which are easy to commit to memory.
I can cook a few kinds of pasta which is the easiest shyt, rice and beans, season and cook meat, etc but it doesn't tastes like my mother's so it kind of feels like a fail. It's just a little different because she (and every other Dominican woman I've ever known) doesn't use measuring tools. They just know. I try my best to covert the amount of things she uses into actual units but it don't work. At this point I'm just like fukk it. Practice makes perfect and I'll get it eventually.

I think I can cook anything. If I don't know I figure it out. If its something I am really unsure about I look it up. I use recipes to get the jest of things I usually never do to the letter if I do. I like to put my own twist on things or try something different. I make up my own recipes. Look at a youtube and just do it, when it comes to cutting meat or something technical. Before that I just Googled it.

oh my bad OP anyway I can cook anything myself...as others have said, I just need to follow the directions

i like slow grilling ribeye with pesto and other herbs, corn and asparagus (garlic and sun dried tomatoes on the asparagus) and baking some sweet potato fries....
