Check with a doctor to make sure everything is good then get a nutritionist. Some foods cause inflammation and joint weakness.

Do squats, deadlift and other leg exercises but with proper form and moderate weight. Never go heavy weight.

Lose weight so you don’t put pressure on them

Up your calcium to keep your bones strong and healthy as you age
