The interstate system has always peaked my interest, since I was a little boy. I used to buy those maps at the gas station, before gps was really popping, and just study them. I used to get fascinated by the fact that I could get from the place I was living at the time(Biloxi, Miss), and just hop on the I-10 and get to Los Angeles. As a kid, we used to travel from NC to Mississippi multiple times a year. I knew that interstate route by the time I was 8 years old
