Certain Nursing specialties haul in 70k+

Physicians assistants begin around 90k+

Computer Scientists have a wide range but can easily approach 100k+ depending on particular field.

Sales. If you have a knack for speaking with people, you can get over 80k+ selling anything from Natural Gas contracts to medical equipment.

Oil Rig and related work can net you 100k+ if you have the physical and mental endurance to handle it.

Yep you can also be an engineer in the oil field and make 100k. There usually is no physical work involved just monitoring the situation, reading gages and writing reports.

I knew kats who fresh out of engineering college cleared 100k only working about 6 or 7 months out the year.

Also a kat can work as a electronics technician or engineer for any of the major DoD contractors as an assignment in the middle East. Assignments are normally 2 or 3 months on and a month off. Working on a military base and kats make anywhere from 200k to 350k a year.

Outside of sales these are not entry level jobs. Ands it takes special talent to be able to sell. Which is why good ones are highly compensated. And entry level jobs don't pay 85k as that's not an entry level salary unless you have an advanced degree in some in demand field. That oil rig shyt is not viable in a lot of the country either. Most nurses make like $30/hr for instance.

Investment banking jobs pay around six figures. One of my old college mates got a job as an investment banking analyst for Goldman Sachs and was making 85k base salary. This doesn't even include sign on bonuses and year end bonuses.

i know a girl whose on her way to become a corporate lawyer, already has a job lined up after she graduates paying 150k.
when it comes to studying law , it all about your school's reputation.
Also as a new lawyer, she will be working like 60+ hours a week.

Not only that, you need to know your stuff to get hired for jobs like these.

Im thinking about going back to school. I know that I'll have to go to school for 6+ years to make that much out the gate. I need something to fall on, just in case I fall off, or run myself ragged. If a entry level job couldn't give me more than 85k+ a year, that's not the career I'm trying to get in (especially if I've decide to go to school for 6+years).
If you can't think of any jobs that'll pay that much out the gate. Do you know of any careers that pay 100k+ within 3-5 years.

I think anesthesiologist start off at 99k, but I also think anesthesiologist get sued all the time.

Anesthesiologists make close to 900k to 1 million a year. I think you got confused over something here

my sister is a 3rd year anesthesiologist resident. she ain't making the big bucks yet. I think she has to do 2 more residency years because she's a specialist. once that's all over, she will literally be printing money like a money machine the rest of her life.
