They might have picked it up in the Feds too, its a lot of DC brehs at those same WV, Ohio, and Western PA facilities that they send some Chicago and Detroit brehs to. I think DC Blacks cool with Muslims anyway, I could see them being cool with some Stones in the Feds. But you right either way, just off how Stones move, always trying to teach or do business with somebody, it’s way more likely DC picked that up somewhere from them along the way. Ima give the DMV it’s props tho and air on the side that they picked it up in the system instead of some Stones setting up shop in crack era DC.
