You're misinformed then. LA criminal underworld is more than just gang violence. Most of the connects CAME FROM LA. It's a reason it's crips n bloods all over the country. Nyc glorifies their hustlers more but best believe, if we're talking black people, California nikkas was definitely getting money on a level higher than the average nyc nikka.
