Philadelphia lowkey has some dope street legends.
ALL CITIES and small TOWNS lowkey got STREET LEGENDS and SENSATIONAL STREET TALES that are movie worthy
when i first moved down south as a Tristate Transplant (ny/nj/conn) to attend college i use to think the South was LAME with the exception of South floida .
i assumed everything down here particularly the southeast part of georgia was just SLOW and EASY GOING.....
i didn't have a clue how DIRTY the south was ....till i got into the promotional game and started traveling to various towns and shyt
and realized how DIRTY THESE COUNTRY MUTHAPHUKAS CAN GET
and in many times its WAY DIRTIER than the big cities up north...because alot of these street legends and underworld guys find it easy to control and manipulate thier SMALL TOWN GOVERNMENT and POLITICAL AND LAW ENFORCEMENT FIGURES
and they were getting to the MONEY TOO!!...still is
like JEEZY said..."he worth a MILL on the low!"
i done came across so many country azz kingpins that not only got spots but they got LAND....HOMES...AND STORES
one cat i wont name whom i met yesterday at a wedding reception ..he is a blackman who has like SIX.. 99 cent franchise stores throughout middle georgia
all while alledgely running pounds of Kush for the past decade throughout the same counties his stores is at
but like i told you it's about POLITICAL EXPEDIENCY
this cat is related to a county councilperson and cool with a sheriff in another county
i remember passing thru small hick towns such as Baxley Georgia...Claxton Georgia and coming across all these Flordia plates and all these dudes with Hurricane Jackets on and Gold teeth bumping Jam Poney mixtapes
come to find out all these cats were either Miami dudes or plugged in or working for the Miami Boyz who were supplying these towns with all this product
can't forget the rural areas just outside of augusta and macon where my uncle would take me to make Moonshine runs......
he basically would get a whole pallet or multibags of Sugar from the Cport (savannah) and then get with this crakkker in the country areas outside of savannah and basically go on his "sales route" moving moonshine thru all the "dry counties" (no liquor sales) selling to all the juke joints and illegal bars and after hour spots
he did that for a good minute till his "sugar connect" got busted by the ATF (alcohal tobbaco firearms) and decided to flip on him
mane..its so many crazy stories coming out the dirty south from these small towns its crazy
read that book about the CORNBREAD MAFIA and their political connections
