Its more of a negative then anything...."Satisfaction" is an extremely subjective word. Its requirements changes person to person and even then changes in a lifetime. Satisfaction is just another way of putting unnecessary emotional investment in temporal material things, people, relationships. If never being satisfied is called greed then I see being satisfied as pride I believe satisfaction should be place in non- material things that stand the test of time (or your life anyway). How many Humans encounter such things

The end game of every career is to be satisfied so none specific comes to mind...I assume career where you delegate as much work as possible as well as reap the benefits is very satisfying. A high paying(enough to support your lifestyle), competitive, high stress job....

Mind you this coming from a person who believes Humans will take the most selfish action possible if given the chance/no one is looking. So a word defined by whether or not one's desires are fulfilled or pleasures are met is inherently negative.
