There's more to the economic scale than being rich or poor, depending on the school of thoughts you have the two largest groups the middle class and the working class. Hood is subjective, just a random example the third worst hood in Toronto during the 90s might not be like the third worst hood in Detroit. Likewise, the third worst in Detroit is nothing compared to the third worst in Honduras.
