I think players definately have had changes to their nose due to injury. Like I remember Brad Beal had a nasal fracture. Don't know if his face changed but i wouldn't be surprised based on if he has had an injuries

I checked and he doesn't have any nose injuries in the past but looking at older pictures his shyt looks the same
