What did you accomplished in 2013 and what is your resolution for 2014?

I started an IRA account this summer, and has consistently invest some money in my retirement account. Also, I opened up a life insurance account for the purpose of building assest and to leave an inheritance for my nieces and nephews. In addition, I'm doing well in school and got one more year left till I get an associate degree for Network Service Technology. I just set up an appointment to take the A+ certification exam on this Thursday. Wish me luck, brehs !! My new year resolution is to finish school, work on a business plan, and continue to improve my finance and get few more IT certs.

Maintained a B+ GPA and one year closer to graduating

Came into a large some of money thanks to my grandfather and grandmother- put money aside for my kids college fund and a larger vehicle.

Due to have my second son/final child in June.

Finally got my school work ethic together and pulled out a 3.33 GPA.
Realized I couldn't worry about my family members if they weren't going to worry about themselves.
Volunteered for sxsw and had a blast, met some cool people.
Got in shape 9 months out of the year (fell off this fall semester)
Became a happier person and stopped stressing and worrying

I could have gotten my degree now if I didn't quit school. I was going through some rough times. I realized that things is not going to get better if I don't get an education. I'm happy that made the right decision to go back to school. I'm proud of you making that decision as well. Get your degree, breh. Don't let any thing stop you from accomplishing your goal.
