I know what you're getting at. What I'm saying is that everything you listed - watermelon, chicken, mayo, tacos, etc - have stereotypical ties when swine doesn't. I just thought it was strange to include in that grouping

There are people who believe that BBQ isn’t BBQ unless it includes swine ribs. Meaning, beef ribs isn’t considered BBQ in their eyes. Only swine meat like baby backs, STL ribs, etc. Some people believe that you can’t have Soul Food unless swine is incorporated in the food such as hog maws in greens or pork chops with whatever starch and veggies.

Point is that stereotypical or not, people have these weird rules as to what AA’s can or can’t eat and what is considered authentic or not. I say to bs and the beauty of our people is that we are master innovators and constantly adapt to different things and create new things all the time. What I was discussing goes beyond stereotypes.

Oh yea, mayo on a grilled cheese - either on the inside to make the cheese extra gooey or on the outside as the fat to grill it in :ohlawd:

And I make great cheesy garlic bread where I mix mayo and butter. Such high calorie fat assery

Chipotle mayo
Siracha mayo
Wasabi mayo
Garlic mayo

Y'all frotnin, basically damn near any creamy sauce given to you for a burger/sando is mayo based, including spread/Big Mac sauce etc.

Had an OG tell me he can't trust a nikka who don't eat pork :mjlol:some of the funniest opinion I've heard all time. Far as mayo goes I don't fukk with not because of taste but because I don't fukk with eggs unless there's a mayo that don't got eggs I ain't seen that shyt

Since when do black people not like Mayo? I see plenty of black people order turkey sandwiches with mayonaisse at NYC bodegas. I also see plenty of black people order McChickens which come with mayo.

But the next most popular condiment is probably oil.

I swear other cultures watch TV and Films, and listen to music and assume all black are the same in though and action. We get talked about like we’re fukkin caracatures or some shyt...:pachaha:
I don't like Mayo but I'm probably the only person I know in real life who doesn't fukk with it. Coli took an old movie joke and ran with it. White people = mayo. Black people = hot sauce. Dumb shyt but hey, what can you expect from TLR? It wouldn't shock me if someone got called a c00n for eating mayo. :mjlol:

I agree with the overall sentiment of these posts but uhhh... Mayo is fukking gross :hhh:
