A woman being a liability or asset is a matter of jurisdiction and societal norms.
Unfortunately the "provide and ptotect" philosophy is so strong in men that they sacrifice themselves thinking women see them in same light.

I see your point, but my thing is that what you have stated can happen from any woman whether she is born and raised in the States or abroad.
I can't say that every American woman does or will dog men out because that would be a false statement. There are copious amount of American women who know how to treat men well, provided that she loves, honors and respect said man.
However, I can agree that there are copious amount of women who do not know how to treat men well as well as those who don't treat men well. Unfortunately, I have met more of the latter than the former. So..
If you happen to be with a woman from another country or who may be born here but happens to have origins from another country who happens to treat you well, then consider yourself fortunate.
I would not say that every woman from her background is the same as her. I can only say that she is someone who happens to like you or more at the moment. Her disposition and actions is subject to change depending on the dynamics and other circumstances surrounding your and her relationship.
