What do I cook with this lamb steak?

got a couple of these to give to the homeless like I always do with most meals I cool(whatever I don’t eat/know I won’t eat I’ll donate it to some homeless shelter or ride out and hand them out personally to them. Was thinking Mac and cheese, shrimp, creamed spinach and mashed potatoes and maybe some fries but idk. Any tips() or suggestions are appreciated.
