What do I do if I don’t want to raise my son in the suburbs but also don’t want to raise him in the hood

What about in Europe? Where most of the black suburban or semi-diverse neighbourhoods are either non-existant or over occupied to the point where no (attractive) houses get available in terms of price range or social status (council homes)?

Why You @ing @Mowgli His Kids Are Asian And Probably Play Piano In The Suburbs lol

He sent me the at because I got the answers.

My kids birth certificate says black and me and my wife stay talkin about some cacs :lolbron::russ: .

My kids know Brazilian jiu-jitsu so I'm not really concerned about them being soft. They'll have freedom to be themselves.

Most of work you're going to do is in the home with cultural education and among your children's peer groups / family interactions. Put them in nice activities with other black kids in your black suburb. Find a black doctor a black dentist. Just black everything on up so they can see the opposite of what the world is going to teach them about black people.

I also say being careful with your childrens screentime is very important because they'll sit in front of a television or watching some corny lisping voice white boy talk about Pokemon for years and this could cause you to lose your child if you aren't vigilant

What you definitely don't want to do is move your family to the Bronx to give them a nice black experience. 😒

:yeshrug:If you find a solution, let me know. All of me and my folk were raised in the hood, while all of our parents were raised either in the hood or the country. Now, we are all raising our children in the burbs now, worrying about the same thing...trying to make sure our children have hood sense like we did but they aren't being raised in the same conditions. Honestly don't know how to replicate that whole vibe and feeling we all had in the 80s/90s.

raise em in a rural area.... that way you still be around the rough around the edges poor types, but it won't be big enough population to where it's as consequential as a big city :skip:

reasons for not wanting to raise a SON in the suburbs:

- might become a c00n
- might become spoiled and entitled
- might become soft
- might be detached from black reality in America
-potentially become a jbo or tsc breh

Hood is obvious reasons

Any thoughts ?

@Mowgli
Raise him in the middle class suburban area that’s still zoned to a black school.

My wife and her friends all had beefs and fights in high school due to typical hood drama, and they ended up Health System VP, Nurse Consultant, Pediatrician and a Physician’s Assistant. We all marched in the band too

Nothing wrong with the hood as long as it ain't downright terrible. Not all hoods are crazy. Just be a strong father figure.
