shyt happened a few times when i first started... now I bring some back ups..

The worst thing that ever happened was in a Foot Locker....

they had these leather material benches where you sit and try on your sneakers....

put two of them together and I lay my box of panels out on top..

then i start slicing the box open with a scalpel...

Then it hit me, I realised I had fukked up...

the blade was so sharp I sliced right through the box and the fukking bench...

the company I work for had to pay for the damages and they took 300 bucks off my pay ...

no but seriously, coding is cool as fukk. get on it if you haven't already. there's lots of money there. the ppl mentioning this aren't kidding. i just wish i focused on it earlier and wasn't turned away by the stereotypes and stuff making it seem like the most uncool, underpaid work ever.

Since Im work from home, wanted to learn it. Just set another computer up on my office desk.....

Yeah, people need to get in on this ASAP. You would think oversaturation would cause the market on this to bottom out, but 2 things keep that from happening.
1. More and more companies and systems are requiring devs
2. Not that many people know how to code despite this trend.
Which is funny to me because if I compare my level of coding when I had my first dev job (primarily debugging, documentation, and library creation) to what I know now.... I didn't know shyt

I promise anybody on this forum. If you are unemployed, you can self-teach enough C++/Java in 4 weeks to get a job making 55k-65k easy. If you keep leaving the company after each project you do, you'll be 6ix figures in a matter of years.


And people wonder why IT is such a sought after area. Its free money for minimal effort
