Steph is better than CP3 (not by as much as people think), but this comment is stupid. If CP3 had Durant then he would have made a lot of conference finals too. Not counting the KD years, Steph has only made 1 more conference finals than CP3.
And saying CP3 "needed Harden to get there" is some of the dumbest bullshyt. When did Harden EVER get anyone deep in the playoffs? Harden is the worst guy you would ever want in the playoffs in a big game. You want to know how the CP3-Harden Rockets got to the WCF?
WCSF Game 4 against the Jazz:
CP3: 27-12-6 on 12-23 shooting with 1 turnover and elite defense
Harden: 24-4-3 on 8-22 shooting with 8 turnovers and shyt defense
WCSF Game 5 against the Jazz:
CP3: 41-7-10 on 13-22 shooting with 0 turnovers and elite defense
Harden: 18-4-4 on 7-22 shooting with 3 turnovers and shyt defense
"BUT HE NEEDED HARDEN TO GET TO THE CONFERENCE FINALS" - what a load of crap. Harden was playing with both hands around his neck like he always does and CP3 fukking carried him there.
Same thing happened in 2021. In both of the big closeout games CP3 was the best player on the court, not Booker.

Bridges is not a consistent scorer. Another overrated "3 & D" guy. Sure, he gives you 14ppg, but 1 game he'll score 20, the next, he'll put up 8. A player like Desmond Bane would be waaaay better for Phoenix.
Even when Booker was out, he still had underwhelming scoring games, but because he got long arms, he is seen as some super valuable player.
