What do u guys consider darkskin, liteskin, and "brown"?

I think she's brown actually. I consider Drake and Alicia to be light skinned.

kelly does not look light skin. shes clearly chocolate. since when do u have to be black ass hell to be considered dark? Beyonce always been yellow she just tans alot. but shes light skin.

I'll be honest. I never really was keen to colorism or knew about it until I turned 22 and saw threads on it on SOHH. Maybe that was just my first generation Nigerian/West Indian American naivety coming into play. I just think it's sad cause to white people and everybody else that ain't black...it don't matter if you "high yella" or dark...we still N!GGAS.

To me Alicia keys/drake are high yellow, Aaliyah/Rihanna are light, Janelle Monae/Malia Obama are brown, and Kelly from destinys child, Sasha Obama, and Kerry Washington are medium dark, Lupita from 12 years is dark.
