What do we do with the thugs on the corner that Umar isn’t gonna be able to psychologize?

You ever see “thugs” in nice neighborhoods?
The ones with good schools?
The ones that don’t have liquor stores every few blocks?
The ones that don’t let people hang out in front of convenience stores?
We live in a capitalist society. The only way we climb is by keeping our families together to pool resources and buy land/homes together in nice neighborhoods and slowly add on like immigrants do. If we stop kicking our boys and girls out at 18, expecting them to make great life decisions when they’re still basically kids, we can turn this around. We gotta leave the fallen behind where they’re comfortable and eventually the smart ones will get with the program.

Just track what lowers the offending and recidivism rate, invest into that.
I get the knee-jerk reaction towards wanting to just go and dead everyone you disagree with but a society built upon that is no society that can last, imo. Because who decides who should be eliminated? Understand, Umar isn't talking about their crime sheet or w/e he is getting more at their mindset given his professional background. In that event who is justified to decide who meets the criteria for a bullet, and who sets the criteria? Probably isn't long before anyone can fall under that criteria. Sounds like a "those who refuse to learn history" moment.
