Actually the answer is yes. Suburban thugs who think they're missing out on all the fun because they don't live in the hood. They've been destroying nice neighborhoods by cosplaying for two decades now.
They're dangerous since there aren't any real wolves around to keep them in check.

Towns all throughout the country with this problem.

not everybody can be saved. we focus way too much on the "thugs on the corner" and end up neglecting the people that want something other than that.

It also doesnt help when people live a good “reformed thug” story over celebrating people who made the right decisions all along even when they came from similar circumstances.

i agree. i don't openly show my displeasure of people celebrating "reformed thugs" but i do get kind of when people do that.
