I hate it. Haven't had one in a while. Use to have them all the time at my old house, and at my mom's house. It's a terrible feeling. Here we say the devil/ or a witch is riding you.

Sometimes it takes three or four goes but I end up breaking free. Scary, not had an episode that I remember in a few weeks now

I've had it happen several times. My eyes would pop open and I would see shadow people in the room walking around and heading towards me. One of them mothafukkas started choking me. Then I would wake up freaked out. After a period of time I just got used to it. And stopped going to sleep during the day (that's when it happened to me).

My mom used to have this all the time. She told me shut used to have a demon sitting on her chest and it happened continually till she finally pulled it off, then it stopped.
I've had a similar one though, but it was just the feeling of immediate danger while being completely paralyzed. It's like you know something is there watching you but you can't do anything. I remember the first time it happened I was sleep on my grandparents couch and i woke up looking into the closet from the couch and all I saw there was darkness. I was terrified and couldn't even call out to wake up my grand pops. Had a hard time breathing and I thought I was going to suffocate but I woke up before I did

It used to happen to me all the time when I slept on my back and just recently it's started happening when I sleep on my stomach
I hate it because I'll try to go back to sleep then it'll start happening again.. I think it's because of anxiety/stress but I don't know..

The funny thing is when I have sleep paralysis my eyes are never open, so I have never seen this shadow person. But i do hear sum strange shyt, and have felt sumone pushin on my chest/not breathing. I can get it lying on my back,stomach or sidesThat's the stage I'm at now. Just got to fight it if it comes!
