Great coach? Or just not needing to crash the Lambo?

I personally think he should be playing Battier, he's a proven defender and can stick Leonard, rather than tire Lebron out chasing him around. Haslem and even Oden(yes Oden for a few mins) could be used to keep SA off the glass. Duncan and Splitter have ZERO competition around the basket right now.

Before this game, I really thought he was gonna bring out Battier and Haslem in game 3, if for nothing else than b/c they havent really been seen much by the Spurs this series.

:mjlol: Breh it's not 2009 anymore Battier is washed. The thing about playing the Spurs is that you gotta have guys that can help you on both ends out there as they are an excellent team on both ends. Battier isn't givin you shyt on either side right now. Oden might help on the inside but he hasn't played in months...how much can he really give at this point. I can see Haslem getting more time. The guys who they have playing (including 3 max players) just have to give them more, especially on defense.

:comeon: Battier hit some key 3's in a couple of Finals games in their past 2 title runs. And he can guard Kawhi on the perimeter so Lebron doesnt have to run around so much. That's ALL I'm saying. He can even waste a few fouls on Kawhi that Lebron cant afford to.

Oden doesnt need to do anything but stand in the paint so Duncan and Splitter (and Diaw) don't get so many easy putback offensive rebs. He doesn't have to score. Just a few mins of interrupting what the Spurs are doing.

Very cerebral coach. He doesn't have the brilliance of a Pop to put together a system like that, but he's a great analytical mind, but I really question how much his players respect and fear him. I don't think he commands respect from other people i the league.

He actually makes adjustments and changes shyt up though from time to time so I give him credit for that.
