What do y'all think about Spo?

Decent coach, but is one of the worst at making adjustment. It usually take him 4 to 5 games to make adjustments. Also cannot adjust his coaching style to the players and seems to be unwilling to take advice from players when it comes to defensive adjustments. Plus he does not know how to manage minutes. Too many times over the last 4 years he has refused to pull the big three in games they were getting blown out late in the 4th. I have other theories on him but I will let that rest.

Haha I hear you playa. Do you know that Lebron was the one that told Spo to put cole on Stevenson during the Indy series? Wow that is a dang shame man.

willing to experiment with different lineups even after wins, implements anyltics but is not a slave to them
