With Ainge and Rondo it will be somewhere in between. The key here is that C's can offer more years which by default is more than any other team. Rondo, say, starts at 17 mill a year won't even look bad when the cap increases in 16 and you start seeing what other players will be commanding. Lawson will probably getting more too since his contract will be up after the 2016 cap increase date. I mean, look you dont like Rondo, but lets not get irrational to the point where stuff you say makes no sense.

and I am still wanting someone to explain exactly why a team that knows Rondo will not resign with them will give up anything of value. I mean, serious, there are reasons why such garbage hypothetical trades have not gone down. Its gotten to where its the contract year and folks still talking about trades.

Yo 17 mil will not be a lot in the NBA with the way revenue is pouring in, plus it wont even hurt the C's salary cap at all. C'mon yall cant be this dense.
