Celtics need to figure out if Green and Rondo are long term pieces and move them if not. Same goes for Bass and Thornton.

Out of the 4 you mentioned, Rondo is a must-keep in my opinion.

Green (although I like the kid), Bass, and Thornton can easily be replaced.

Team needs a defensive minded big... like Hibbert or Jordan and they'd be a much better situation

I feel pretty good about James Young's potential... he's going to be a beast offensively

I would like to keep Rondo, but I just don't trust him. I think he bolts if Ainge doesnt do something (like get Gasol).

It was definitely Lebron too. KG really had no respect for Lebron, Dwight and that did rub off on Rondo.
